Client was looking to shut down a legacy system due to high maintenance costs, lack of portability, support, and limitations to add better features.

Given the intensity of an ‘open book migration’, Client was looking for a boutique transformation partner who could support this multi-year program and be a part of the core transformation team.

By establishing a ‘hub & spoke delivery model’ we created small nodal teams to effectively focus and manage the SME functions whilst a satellite team managed the centralized approach for design & delivery.

A centralized communication team was established to manage internal and external stakeholders, that ensured buy in & support throughout the migration journey.
