Founder & CEO
A thought leader in Asia’s Insurance industry. Pradeep brings rich Consulting and Leadership experience working with Insurers in the APAC region. A journey that started 20 years ago, Pradeep has managed core Insurance operations, set up cross location operation units, lead large scale transformation initiatives covering new distribution partnerships to technology upgrades for Insurers.
Pradeep’s focus is building opportunities, creating equity for clients and forging new partnerships.

Dileep Satya

Co - Founder & Director
Dileep brings more than 20 years of experience in Investment Banking and Asset Management practice. His specialization includes setting up of PMOs, Business Restructuring, Audit Consulting and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Dileep manages the Government and Financial Services engagements for SYNERGY in India.

Sandeep S

Director Operations
Sandeep has over 20 years of experience in Product & Program Management and Integrated Marketing Services. He has strong background in developing innovative, cost-effective and strategic platforms & programs to support the enterprise and marketing initiatives. He drives the India Operations for SYNERGY.

Vikas Hegde

Leader - Innovation & Solutions
Vikas leads the Digital Transformation and Automation practice at Synergy and has the distinction of conceptualizing solutions that have helped to streamline and optimize operations for Insurers in Asia. Vikas specializes in Digital and Mobile solutions, Robotics Process Automation and core Insurance platforms. Prior to SYNERGY, Vikas was engaged in managing delivery of Software Solutions for a Product company.
An alumnus of London Business School and University of Hong Kong, Vikas loves to travel and explore diverse geographies.

Advisory Board

William Kuan

An insurance thought leader with 17 years of experience at senior leadership roles across functions and business units. He has held the position of Prudential’s Regional CEO for New Markets (Asia), President Director and CEO for Indonesia, Chairman for Taiwan, and Chairman for Laos. His expertise is in assessing new markets, managing market entry options and launching successful operations across geographies. A qualified CPA from Australia, and MBA from RMIT, William is a regular Guest Speaker and Mentor in the HKU MBA and GIFT (Global Institute for Tomorrow) leadership programs.

Paul Carson

Senior Leader in the Insurance Industry, with more than a decade of leadership expertise with global insurers. He holds the rare distinction of leading Operations across various retail lines of Insurance business at Hong Kong. As the Chief Operating Officer of AXA Hong Kong since 2010, he was responsible for Digital Strategy, Operations, M&A Integration Programs, and in formulating Strategic growth plans for AXA. Paul is a regular speaker at Industry Forums and InsurTech seminars, promoting the changing needs of Digital Customers and advising on Customer Experience. Previously, Paul has also held the position of COO at, AIA Australia, COO Protection at AIG Life UK and the Deputy CEO of AIA Australia.
